Anyone who has ever seen Bravo channel’s Flipping Out, knows how arrogant and flipped out Jeff Lewis is. Ashley Jensen, from “Ugly Betty” fame, and her husband Terence Beesley filed a lawsuit and now have a restraining order in effect, against Jeff Lewis.

The Flipping Out star, Jeff Lewis conveyed to the media that this legal action has to do about riding on his fame, to get more media exposure for themselves. Lewis feels that this incident is way over the top and should have been taken care of informally.

Ashley Jensen and her husband live next to a home that Jeff Lewis is doing renovation work on. He built a patio deck that overlaps onto Jensen’s property. Lewis offered the couple $10,000 to buy an easement for the patio deck, but Ashley Jensen and her husband turned the Flipping Out star, down. Jeff Lewis then offered $30,000 for the deal and was turned down again.

Not a person to take things to the extreme, Jeff Lewis also told Ashley Jensen and Beesley that he could make life miserable for them, if they didn’t cooperate. Jeff indicated that he would badmouth the couple on his Flipping Out series, should they not take the deal.

What Jeff Lewis can’t seem to get through his over-sized head is, if he were to badmouth Ashley Jensen and her husband on Flipping Out; this would only make these two out as heroes! Anyone that can make Jeff Lewis squirm and become upset, is instantly hailed as “the good guy”!

In the meantime, Jeff Lewis has to stay at least 50 ft. away from Jensen’s house and is not allowed to bother the couple. How does the Flipping Out star feel about all of this?

According to Jeff Lewis, after the court decides what price the easement is worth, then Jensen and Beesley will have to find another way to get media coverage for themselves, without riding on his shirt tails.

Bravo renewed Flipping Out for a third season. Will we get to see all of this played out in the next season of Flipping Out?
